Delivery

I can send packages to anywhere in the world.  Postage and packing is at cost. 

UK postage is Royal Mail first class delivery. All other shipping is by standard Airmail.

Any other sized packages will be agreed by email before shipping.
All orders will be posted by the end of the next working day.  Any delays will be explained by email.
 
 
Payments
 

You can now use Paypal in the shop pages to buy goods, any purchases will be despatched within two days of your order and you will be notified about the delivery. You can order from the gallery pages and email at the contact address mail@ledburysbaglady.com.  If you want to order and pay offline by cheque, just email or phone with your order.  I will remove the item from the shop, and as soon as the cheque has cleared I will send your order out and confirm with you that it has been posted.

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase you can return it within 21 days for a full refund, providing it is in the new, unused and resaleable condition in which it was sent.
